Summary
A comedic romance about high school life, focusing the interaction and relationship between Yukino amd Arime, two genuises who missed out on enjoying life until they discovered eachother. An entertaining cast joins in to create background and various side stories.
Characters
Miyazawa Yukino: Practically Perfect in Every Way, she's all show. She sets up a great image of herself at school and out of the house because she relishes being praised by others. Number one in atheletics, grades, and guys. Her world crashes when Arima shows up and outscores her.
Arima Souichirou: The other genius of the Freshmen class, he works hard to please his adoptive parents, to show how grateful he is. He falls for Yukino, who uses it to her advantage against him. ^_^
Asaba Hideaki: A playboy that's in his second year of high school. He's friends with Arima and wants to create a Mary-land filled with girls, whom he calls his "sheep".
Isawa Maho: A popular and mature girl who was at first bitter that Yukino took all the spotlight away from her, but later became friendly with her.
Tsubasa: A very short and [supposedly cute] girl who knew Arima from junior high and had a crush on him. She's sworn to destroy the relationship between him and Yukino.
Ikeda Kazuma: He's not a main character, but he's important in volume 5. A "rock-yarou", as Tsubasa termed him, with spiked collars and bleached blonde hair.
Tsubaki/Aya/Reika: The trio of girls who first welcomed Yukino as a real friend.
Miyazawa Hiroyuki & Miyako: Yukino's parents (first series I've seen where parents have good character development ^^)
